There is provided an isolated antibody that specifically binds to a domain of a polypeptide comprising the sequence of amino acids 20-732 in SEQ ID NO: 2, wherein the domain is selected from the group consisting of: (a) amino acids 20-227 of SEQ ID NO: 2; and (b) amino acids 228-519 of SEQ ID NO: 2.
