PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer sheet panel for an automobile having weather resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance and scratch resistance, and having a coating excellent in protection capacity of a ground coating film.SOLUTION: An outer sheet panel for an automobile comprises a substrate having a coating film on the surface, and a ceramic layer formed on the substrate surface.
