PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding in-mold decorating sheet laminated to a styrenic resin molded article to apply a coating feeling and a pattern to the molded article, excerting no adverse effect on the color development of the pattern even if a rear ABS resin sheet is made black in order to make the cut end surface of the decorating sheet hard to be conspicuous. SOLUTION: The injection molding in-mold decorating sheet S is constituted, for example, by laminating a decorative layer 2 using a mixture of a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer and an acrylic resin as a binder resin, an adhesive layer 3 comprising the mixture of the vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer and the acrylic resin, a color concealing ABS resin sheet 4 containing at least titanium white and a black ABS resin sheet 5 containing at least carbon black on the rear surface of a transparent acrylic resin sheet 1.
