PURPOSE: A power saving system for improving power efficiency of nano activation energy and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to connect an electric wire to pass a system body filled with mixed materials emitting far-infrared, thereby reducing discharge of electricity. CONSTITUTION: A system body(10) is made of light and non-conductive materials. Far-infrared emitted materials, such as silica, copper, aluminum, lead, refined salt, gold, silver, and the like, are powered and mixed with each other to make electric efficiency improving mixed materials of one block type to the size of the body(10), and then filled in the system body(10). A power saver line(30) is connected through a line discharge part(104) formed on one side. A wavelength absorption part(302) is formed at an end portion of the power saver line(30) and connected to an electric wire(50). An emitting tape is firmly attached around the wavelength absorption part(302) to be closed adhered to the electric wire(50). |
