The device has two small identical plates (1, 2) fixed on diagonal strap (9) and lap strap (10) of safety belt. Two adjustable straps (3, 4) are connected between the plates that are formed in molded plastic. A buckle (17) installed at bottom of the strap (3) allows to position the diagonal strap on shoulder of passenger. The strap (4) has an end passing through a slit (15) and another end passing through the buckle.
