PURPOSE:To realize automatic manufacture of a divided wound coil by a method wherein an insulation reinforcing plate which has coupling parts with a bobbin is provided between a lead wire part and a winding and the insulation reinforcement of the lead wire part of the divided wound coil is obtained with good processability. CONSTITUTION:To one side of a cylinder 5 of a bobbin 2 a pair of pits 6 are provided close to a flange 1 and an insulation reinforcing plate 9 which is made of insulating material and the height of which is the same as the width of the flange 1 and which has a pair of bumps 7, 7, which can be coupled with the pits 6, 6, and a notch 8, positioned in the middle of the bumps 7, 7, at its bottom is provided closely to the flange 1. The lead wire part is formed along the flange 1 at the beginning of winding and the notch 8 of the insulation reinforcing plate 9 is set astride over the lead wire part and the insulation reinforcing plate 9 is fixed to the bobbin 2 by coupling its pumps 7, 7 with the pits 6, 6 and the winding in that ditch is started. |
