DC miniature motor with permanent magnet excitation - increases radial magnetic field direction in pole centre and energy density in magnet part

An isotropic magnetic ring (2), with a tangential magnetic field direction magnetised in the region in the pole ends, is provided for the permanent magnetic excitation. A respectively continuous transistion of the radial magnetic field direction in the centre of the pole takes place to the tangential magnetic field direction at the pole ends. A short circuit yoke for the permanent magnetic excitation is provided with a reduced cross-section in the measurement of the tangential short circuit flux running part inside the magnetic ring (2), esp. the yoke height of the stator short circuit yoke (1). USE/ADVANTAGE - Electric machine esp. DC small motor. Gives higher energy density of exciting magnetic part and smaller construction.
