PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which executes channel scan flexibly at high speed.SOLUTION: A receiver unit 36 receives from a terminal device the position information of the terminal device, through a base station device which uses at least one of a plurality of channels. A generator unit 32 generates channel information related to a channel in scan processing at the terminal device, on the basis of the position information received in the receiver unit 36. A transmitter unit 38 transmits the channel information, generated in the generator unit 32, to the terminal device through the base station device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
