PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive heating device provided with high performances such as being capable of lowering power consumption, shortening waiting time, lowering driving torque, being used for full color toner images, improving durability and not generating slippage, fixing defects, gloss irregularities and offsets. SOLUTION: This heating device is provided with heating rotating bodies 6 and 7, a slide supporting member 3 for supporting the inner surface side of the heating rotating bodies on a slide surface through a lubricant 9 and a pressurizing rotating body 2 for clamping the heating rotating bodies with the slide supporting member and forming a nip part N, a material to be heated is clamped and carried by the nip part and the material to be heated is heated by heat from the heating rotating bodies. The heating rotating body is a cylindrical film for which the two of a first cylindrical film 6 on an inner side and a second cylindrical film 7 on an outer side are piled up and the length L1 in a longitudinal direction of the first cylindrical film 6 and the length L2 in the longitudinal direction of the second cylindrical film 7 satisfies L1>L2.
