摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission path, capable of performing transmission in a long distance and performing transmission communication with high quality in a transmission system, using an electromagnetic induction system or an electromagnetic induction system constituting a ground return circuit for mutual information transmission in a fixed facility block or mutual information transmission in the inside and on the outside of a fixed facility block. SOLUTION: A power cable passing through a telephone-tunnel 1 is used as an induction medium 2, and an electromagnetic induction coupler 5 connected through a connecting interface 4 to a transmitting part 3 is made adjacent to or brought into contact with the induction medium 2, so that an electric wave to be generated by the transmitting part 3 can be induced in the induction medium 2, and this is received via the electromagnetic induction coupler 5 which is made adjacent to or brought into contact with the induction medium 2 by a receiving part 6, so that voice or image information can be mutually transmitted through a transmission path in an electromagnetic induction system. The electromagnetic induction coupler 5 constitutes a transformer having a tuning circuit constituted of an LC, and the tuning circuit is adjusted, so that the coefficient of the induction medium 2 can be corrected, and that the distortion or deviation of induction currents can be prevented from being generated.
