摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger, which is reduced in cost by adopting a stainless pipe cheaper than copper material as a water pipe while maintaining qualities of the heat exchanger such as manufacturability and endurance reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The tubular heat exchanger includes a water pipe 2 through which water flows, and a refrigerant pipe 103 through which refrigerant flows, in which the refrigerant pipe 103 is disposed in the water pipe 2 to perform heat exchange between water and refrigerant. The water pipe 2 is composed of a copper pipe 4 connected to a water header 106, a stainless pipe 5, and a copper SUS joint 6 joining the copper pipe 4 to the stainless pipe 5. The copper SUS joint part 6 is provided by inserting an end of the stainless pipe 5 to a copper pipe diameter-extended portion 7 followed by bonding through a brazing filler metal 8. Accordingly, in the heat exchanger, leak of water from the heat exchanger is prevented while preventing increase in cost by using the stainless material cheaper than the copper material, and endurance reliability can be secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
