PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable molding of a magnet having excellent fluidity and a higher magnetic characteristic by using even a molding material in which magnet powder is highly filled.SOLUTION: For the purpose of antioxidation, magnet powder 2 is preferably subjected to a surface treatment such as coupling agent or a phosphoric acid coating treatment. The surface-treated magnet powder 2, thermoplastic resin, and surface modifier 1 which has a magnetic powder adsorption part 4 and a resin phase soluble part 3 and enhances the filling property to a mold in a molding process are kneaded and then continuously discharged from an extrusion port of about Φ5 mm by a kneading extruder, and then cut and cooled, thereby obtaining cylindrical pellets having an outer diameter Φ5 and a length of about 5 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
