PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a roll from slipping off in the case that a cam follower consists of a pin and the roll built to this pin in a zoom lens barrel using a cam mechanism. SOLUTION: The zoom lens barrel is provided with a through groove which is formed in a first cylindrical member and pierces the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface, a projection in the diametrical direction which is provided on a second cylindrical member placed on the inside of the first cylindrical member, and the roll which is supported by this projection and is fitted to the through groove, and the aperture width of the through groove, which is formed in the first cylindrical member in the inside diameter side is wider than that in the outside diameter side, and the roll has a slip-off stop part, the diameter of which is larger than the aperture width in the outside diameter side of the through groove and is smaller than that in the inside diameter side, and the through groove has a wide part, through which the roll is fitted to the through groove from the outside of the first cylindrical member to position the slip-off stop part in the through groove, in a part.
