PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind opening/closing control device capable of selecting a daylighting position in a vertical direction and freely setting a boundary between a daylighting part and a shading part. SOLUTION: This blind opening/closing control device for controlling the opened/closed state of a blind with a plurality of ladder cords 2 hanging in a vertical direction from a headbox 1 and with a plurality of horizontally extended slats 3 held parallel with one another on the weft yarn of the ladder cords 2 is provided with a plate member 11 mounted to the optional slat 3, and a plate member 12 mounted to the slat 3 on the lower side of the plate member 11. At least one pull string 14a or 14b is hung from the slat cross direction center of the plate member 11 and connected to the slat cross direction end of the plate member 12, and the plate member 11 is provided with a locking means formed of a lock groove 19 for locking the pull string 14a or 14b in a pulled-up state.
