The present invention consists in a stable solid pharmaceutical composition comprising 1) one or more immunosuppressant agents and/or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; 2) a stabilizing mixture comprising i) vitamin E oil, ii) L-leucine, and iii) one or more poloxamers; and, 3) one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, contained in at least one dosage unit.
