<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner embedded in the ceiling or suspended therefrom, having a simple structure for making the air stream distribution in an air conditioner room and adjusting the direction of air streams blown out from a blow-out port. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner 1 comprises a decoration panel 3 in which four panel side parts 30a to 30d and four corner parts 30e to 30h are alternately continuously formed. The decoration panel 3 has main blow-out ports 32a to 32d arranged along the panel side parts 30a to 30d and auxiliary blow-out ports 32e to 32h arranged in the corner parts 30e to 30h. In the main blow-out ports 32a to 32d, swingable horizontal flaps 35a to 35d are provided around its longitudinal axis.
