PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for executing the primary process of a tissue chemical reaction as the repetition of a process of supplying reagent solution to a tissue slice on a slide glass to make the tissue slice react, and washing the tissue slice after the reaction without making it necessary to perform any complicate operation.SOLUTION: An attachable/detachable micro-fluid device is configured of an upper substrate, an elastomer sheet, and a slide glass as a lower substrate. The device includes: a reagent solution tank; a reagent switching valve; a three-way valve; a pump for liquid feed; and a control part, and automatically executes a tissue chemical reaction process. |
