PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a network from performing erroneous parameter adjustment.SOLUTION: When a radio terminal receives a transmission request of a radio link failure report from a network, the radio terminal transmits the radio link failure report including first time information for identifying time of occurrence of connection failure in a radio link, to the network.
