Disclosed are a backlight unit and a display device comprising the same. The backlight unit of the present invention comprises: a frame including a bottom area and a sidewall area extended from the bottom area; at least one substrate which is located on the front surface of the frame and has a plurality of light sources embedded therein; a reflection sheet which is located on the front surface of the at least one substrate and comprises at least one lens hole formed in a location corresponding to at least one light source; and an optical sheet located on the front surface of the reflection sheet. The reflection sheet comprises a first sheet area which is in contact with the bottom area, and in which a plurality of lens holes are arranged. The plurality of lens holes comprise a first group arranged on the outer part of the first sheet area, and a second group arranged inside the first group. Around the at least one lens hole of the second group, a second dot area is formed. According to the present invention, provided is a display device in which a dot area is formed on the reflection sheet. |
