PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for obtaining nitride phosphor in which deviation in the composition does not occur and the fluorescence intensity of which can be therefore effectively enhanced.SOLUTION: There is provide a production method for nitride phosphor represented by the following formula (1):MSiN:Eu--(1) (in formula (1), M represents alkaline earth metal such as Mg, Ca, Sr or Ba.). In the production method, the nitride phosphor is produced by mixing silicon-containing compound, alkaline earth metal (M) nitride in an amount of 1.2 to 1.8 folds of the stoichiometric amount based on the formula (1), and europium compound, and calcinating obtained mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
