Hybrid ellipsoidal airship with vertically positioned toroidal opening and circular cage for mounting helicopter to airship.This invention relates to an airship employing vectored thrust from a single helicopter affixed by means of a circular cage to ellipsoidal airship hull with vertical toroidal opening as a means of producing dynamic lift, translational movement of airship and application of control forces establishing the desired attitude of the airship in flight and hover. |
