PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate resistor that can enhance long-term reliability.SOLUTION: A metal plate resistor has a resistance body 11 formed of plate-like metal, a pair of electrodes 12 formed at both the end portions of a first face 11a of the resistance body 11, and a heat radiation plate 13 attached to a second face 11b of the resistance body 11. A first metal layer 14 is formed in the heat radiation plate 13, and a conductive layer 15 is formed to be electrically connected to each of the surfaces of the resistance body 11, the pair of electrodes 12 and the first metal layer 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
