According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus comprising: a display unit for displaying a three-dimensional image on an inner wall of a bore in gantry; a head coil including at least one opening which is arranged in an area corresponding to eyes of an object, and an optical member which is arranged on the opening; and a control unit for controlling perspective of the three-dimensional image based on input of the object or a user.
