A laminated film (10) having an Ag alloy film (11) and a transparent electro-conductive oxide film (12) laminated on the Ag alloy film (11); wherein the laminated film (10) is characterized in that the Ag alloy film (11) contains one or more of the elements Sn, In, or Mg as an additional element, the element content being within a range of 0.1-10.0% (atom basis) in total, the remainder comprising Ag and inevitable impurities.
