[Problem] To provide a three-dimensional measurement apparatus for forming reference spots in a standard plane, and while viewing the state of motion of the reference spots in an image acquired by an image pickup member, measuring the presence of an object to be measured. [Solution] A standard pattern (30a) of standard reference spot images (31a) lining up in a regular square lattice arrangement is formed in a standard plane (21a) by coherent light. When an object to be measured appears in the standard plane (21a) and a reference spot is formed on the surface thereof, the standard reference spot image (31a) travels over an epipolar line (E), becoming a traveling reference spot image (32a) in the image (21a). The image pickup parameters are set such that the travel distance (L1) of travel of the standard reference spot image (31a) to the traveling reference spot image (32a) between the first frame and the subsequent second frame of which images (21a) are acquired is shorter than the distance (L2) between the traveling reference spot image (32a) and another standard reference spot image (31a).
