PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-scale corrective arithmetic circuit usable in a wide temperature range and a signal processing device requiring no highly accurate oscillator.SOLUTION: A corrective arithmetic circuit 100 has an offset temperature characteristic corrector that corrects offset temperature characteristics of input signals according to input signal characteristics at a specific temperature and temperature characteristics at specific input signals. A signal processing device 10 has a pulse count number setting circuit 200 that generates a pulse count number setting signal S6 matching an input signal S5 and a pulse generator 15 that generates a pulse signal S7 by counting the number of pulses of a reference clock signal CLK according to the pulse count number setting signal S6. The pulse count number setting circuit 200 so corrects the pulse count number setting signal S6 as to cancel the frequency-temperature characteristics of the pulse signal S7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
