A signal processing device 10 has a pulse count number setting circuit 200 that generates a pulse count number setting signal S6 matching an input signal S5 and a pulse generator 15 that generates a pulse signal S7 by counting the number of pulses of a reference clock signal CLK according to the pulse count number setting signal S6.
