<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a TCXO is connected to an integrated circuit designed so as to complete an oscillation circuit by connecting a resonator to obtain temperature compensation, the power consumption increases. <P>SOLUTION: A vibration unit 20 is integrally configured including a crystal oscillator Xtal and includes external connection terminals N1 and N2 to connect both terminals of the Xtal to an external circuit. The vibration unit 20 has a variable capacitance capacitor C<SB POS="POST">V</SB>and a temperature compensation unit 28 controlling the capacitance of the C<SB POS="POST">V</SB>. The temperature compensation unit 28 includes a temperature sensor circuit 30 detecting the temperature near the Xtal and adjusts the capacitance of the C<SB POS="POST">V</SB>on the basis of a detection output from the temperature sensor circuit 30 according to an input of a trigger signal from the outside to the vibrator unit 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
