<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion capacitor which allows the reduction in the internal resistance at a low temperature without using a low-viscosity solvent as a solvent of a nonaqueous electrolytic solution. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion capacitor 10 comprises: a positive electrode 21 made of an activated carbon; a negative electrode 31 made of a carbon material; and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution 51 having a nonaqueous solvent with a solute dissolved therein. The nonaqueous electrolytic solution 51 includes ethylene carbonate, andγ-butyrolactone as its primary components, and as an additive agent, vinylene carbonate whose content is smaller than the contents of the ethylene carbonate andγ-butyrolactone, and which is higher in reduction potential than the ethylene carbonate andγ-butyrolactone. On the surface of the negative electrode 31, at least one of a coating film made of a decomposition product resulting from the reductive decomposition of the vinylene carbonate, and a coating film made of a reaction product resulting from a reaction of the vinylene carbonate and lithium is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
