Disclosed are a nutritional tube (2) and a nutritional tube system comprising the nutritional tube. The nutritional tube system comprises an imaging unit (3), and the nutritional tube comprises a tube body and a connecting piece (9), wherein one end of the tube body is connected to the connecting piece, the tube body is provided with a cavity part, the number of the cavity part is 1-3, one of which is a nutrition channel, and the imaging unit is detachably installed to the nutrition channel. The nutritional tube and the nutritional tube system solve the problem of manpower and materials being heavily invested in by both doctors and patients.
