PURPOSE: An electrolysis device of liquid flowing method and a sprayer using the same are provided to be applied in an application area of sterilization, disinfection and washing by supplying oxidant and radical liquid. CONSTITUTION: An electrolysis device of liquid flowing method comprises a body, a first electrode retainer(10), a second electrode retainer(20), a positive electrode(11), a negative electrode(12), a positive electrode rod(51) and negative electrode rod(52). The body intakes fluid and discharge the fluid including oxidant and radical. The first and second electrode retainers are from in the body with crossing each other in a fluid flowing direction. The positive electrode and negative electrode is electrically connected to each other to be drawn to the outside of the body.
