The present invention relates to a conductive thin film comprising a compound which is represented by chemical formula 1 and has a stratified crystal structure. The present invention further relates to an electronic device comprising the conductive thin film. In the chemical formula 1 represented by MeCh_2, Me is ruthenium (Ru), osmium (Os), rhenium (Re), rhodium (Rh), iridium (Ir), palladium (Pd), platinum (Pt), cuprum (Cu), argentum (Ag), or aurum (Au), and Ch is sulfur, selenium, or tellurium.
