The embodiments of the present invention disclose a service processing method and device, wherein the method includes: converting formats of service instructions received from multiple interfaces of a terminal to a uniform format recognizable by the terminal; and scheduling the converted service instructions according to a preset policy. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the problem occurring when a multi-interface terminal utilizes multiple interfaces in related art is solved, multiple interfaces of the terminal is efficiently used to provide services to subscribers at the same time, and meanwhile the technical support is supplied to cooperative work of multiple terminals to serve subscribers. |
