<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pressure losses during discharge, in a screw compressor including a slide valve (2). <P>SOLUTION: The screw compressor includes: a drive part (6) for driving the slide valve (2); and a coupling rod (1a) connected to the drive part (6) and the slide valve (2).
