<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems, that in a loose leaf in which a pair of movable substrates having multi-pairs of binding rings which are semi-annular shape are bound by an elastic sheath, the movable substrates may deviate to the elastic sheath significantly.SOLUTION: Parts of operation knobs (9, 10) on one side are extended downward of a bottom surface on one end of substrates (1, 2) for forming them as an obstacle plate (15). One end part of a sheath (5) is bent upward for forming a projection part (8), in which height of the projection part (8) is set so that the projection part may not interfere with the obstacle plate in an opened state of the binding rings, but the projection part may interfere with the obstacle plate in a closed state.</p> |
