<p>The present invention relates to a method for treating meat, which is allowed to package and release stocked meat like porks and beefs cut into 2 or 4 fractions in a single system so that consumers can consume the pork and beef right away, including a stocking step (S10) with an air curtain to assign wind which is 10 to 20 m/sec in a stocking device which is installed in an upper end distanced by 2 to 5 cm from the ground to remove harmful factors including pathogenic microorganism from the stocked meat; and a pre-cooling (S20) which is allowed to pre-cool the stocked meat of the stocking step for 4 to 8 hours at a temperature in the range of 1-5°C.</p> |
