<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new substance preventing, inhibiting, stopping, delaying and/or regressing cell proliferation. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a group of small RNA molecules (micro RNA) named miRNA-47, miRNA-101 and miRNA-197 which are detailed in the specification.
