<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system that does has no adverse influence on processing of a game device even if content is transmitted, and allows change of information to be displayed in a first time zone in which use processing is executed. <P>SOLUTION: A distribution device 70 distributes contents to a card unit 20 before opening of business of a game parlor, and transmits a display order change command during a period from the opening hour to the closing.
