A combined smoking and barbecue device according to the present invention allows to selectively cook with a direct fire technique or a smoke technique using indirect heating, and heat and smoke can be entirely and evenly distributed when the smoke technique using indirect heating is applied to cooking. Heat transferred from a fireball bumps into a reflector having a hat shape to be radially distributed, and smoke generated from a smoke generator disposed in a lower part of the reflector also bumps into the reflector to be radially distributed, so smoke can be effectively supplied to cooking ingredients seated on a grill. According to the present invention, the reflector is formed in a hat shape in which a central part is upwardly sharp, and heat fed in a lower surface of the reflector from the fireball remains for a while in a lower part of the reflector, so smoke can be effectively generated from a smoke generator disposed on a lower surface of the reflector. |
