<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retaining wall panel which facilitates constructing of a retaining wall structure having an inclined wall and a straight wall. <P>SOLUTION: A retaining wall panel comprises an approximately rectangular solid shaped wall surface portion constituting a wall surface of a retaining wall, and a support portion having the same height as the wall surface portion and erecting on a back face of the wall surface portion.
