FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: rotating furnace contains casing with slope resting through bandages against the support rollers, drive, feed pipe for kiln charge supply, head for fuel and air supply to the furnace, chain filter-heater and heat exchangers, installation for water cooling and central lubricating system, at that casing in the transverse cross-section is made in form of ellipse or ellipse with eccentricity. Casing walls from internal surface are made even, drive is made double and contains two motors, two gearboxes, two undering pinions, one ring pinion. Casing of the rotating furnace is made with slope 3.5-4°. The furnace is equipped with chain curtain and peripheral loader.EFFECT: invention ensures intensification of the heat exchange between the feed and heat of the flue gases, exclusion of dead zones during bulk materials agitation.4 cl, 3 dwg |
