<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device that can reduce heating by an unnecessary heater not involved in defrosting. <P>SOLUTION: This cooling device 1 for cooling the inside to a temperature of a refrigerating zone, includes an evaporator 3, a fan 6, one or a plurality of outlet-side heaters 11 disposed at an air outlet side of the evaporator 3, one or a plurality of inlet-side heaters 10 disposed at an air inlet side of the evaporator 3, an optical frost formation sensor 7, and a control part 12 for executing a defrosting operation for removing frost attached to the evaporator 3. The optical frost formation sensor 7 is disposed only at the air outlet side of the evaporator 3. In defrosting operation, the control part 12 operates the outlet-side heater 11 and the inlet-side heater 10 when the attachment of frost to the air outlet side of the evaporator 3 is detected by the optical frost formation sensor 7, and operates only the inlet-side heater 10 when the attachment of frost to the air outlet side of the evaporator 3 is not detected by the optical frost formation sensor 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
