PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal and the like that enable a communication device to appropriately obtain information on the position of the terminal at particular time.SOLUTION: A terminal (2) according to the invention includes: a radio communication unit (201) for receiving a setting signal including information on determination time and a positional range for determining whether or not a terminal exists in a prescribed positional range from a communication device by radio communication; a setting request signal transmitting unit (213) for transmitting a setting request signal to the communication device when the radio communication unit does not receive a setting signal before the determination time; a position measuring unit (208) for measuring a position where the terminal is situated at the determination time when the radio communication unit receives the setting signal; and a result transmitting unit (214) for transmitting a determination result indicating whether or not the terminal has existed within the positional range at the determination time to the communication device.
