PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio relay device, radio communication system, and information setting method in which information necessary for joining a radio network can be easily set without causing interference with radio communication being performed in the radio network.SOLUTION: A radio communication system 1 includes a wireless router 12 and backbone router 13 that are connected to a target network N1 and/or provisioning network NP to which mutually different identifiers are attached. The wireless router 12 and backbone router 13 relay provisioning information, which is necessary for having a wireless device 11 (11c) join in the target network N1, to the provisioning network NP while continuing relaying data via the target network N1. |
