<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-hydraulic servovalve for controlling a hydraulic pressure flow.SOLUTION: An electro-hydraulic servovalve generally includes: an electric torque motor; a flexible member and a rigid beam (4) disposed to control a flow of hydraulic oil entering a hydraulic block; and a spool (8) slidably attached into the hydraulic block to make an axial motion in response to a differential pressure. The torque motor includes a drive member that is coupled to the rigid beam (4), and that is movable to deflect the beam (4) and the flexible member in response to an electrical input. According to the present disclosure, a feedback spring (10') is directly coupled to the beam (4) so as to transmit a return force in response to the motion of the spool (8). The feedback spring (10') is an integral spring member fixedly attached to the spool (8) and disposed to absorb the radial displacement of the spool (8) within the hydraulic block.</p> |
