PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which in three-dimensional measurement devices, a number of wasteful pixels grows depending upon an aspect ratio of an image pickup element or a shooting mode. ! SOLUTION: A reflection unit is configured to be arranged in an area of a peripheral angle of view non-inclusive of a center part out of all angles of view of an imaging lens allowing a subject light ray from a subject to be formed in an image pickup element, and comprises: a plurality of reflection parts that reflects one part of the subject light ray and guides the one part thereof to the imaging lens; and an adjustment part that adjusts a relative position of a plurality of reflection parts in the area. The plurality of reflection parts is configured to be arranged so as to surround the subject light ray, and the adjustment part is configured to adjust an aspect ratio of a rectangle. !
