The invention relates to a lighting unit (1) comprising a support device (3) and a board (5) with a lighting element (7). The support device (3) comprises a base element (25) and at least two additional elements (27, 29), and the elements (25, 27, 29) can be plugged together. The base element (25) has longitudinal slots through which the additional elements (27, 29) can be inserted into the base element (25). The elements (25, 27, 29) have at least one longitudinal recess (37, 59), and the elements (25, 27, 29) which are plugged into one another form a receiving region which is defined by the longitudinal recesses (37, 39), the board (5) being insertable into said receiving region such that the position of the board is fixed relative to the base element (25). At least one additional element (27, 29) can be moved in the longitudinal direction relative to the base element (25), to the other additional element (27, 29), and to the board (5) into a locking position in which the elements (25, 27, 29) retain one another and in which the board (5) is retained. |
