<p>The present invention relates to a data input system. In details, the data input system changes invoices written in English formed in various formats by some nations and businesses entities that are necessary for import and export customs into standardized formats designed for customs, transforms original documents received via facsimile into electronic forms, extracts data from the original documents and saves them and displays original images and standardized input windows on a single screen of client′s device as well as smart ruler that shows how much progress is going on images of original documents in order to make users know the location of original documents easily. In the case of re-entering operations, the system searches paragraphs having keywords from original documents and then lets users know of the result. The system makes automatic search for texts located in certain areas possible after comparing an input item on smart ruler and location information of texts extracted from original documents. By doing so, the data input system using recognition zone of smart ruler makes users conveniently and efficiently insert items.</p> |
