<p>An image forming apparatus (1) includes a main body (1A), a cover member (6, 6A), and a support member (7, 7A). The cover member (6, 6A) is at least partially flexible, has a bottom opening (6a), and is dimensioned to entirely cover the apparatus (1) except for a bottom face (1a) of the apparatus (1). The support member (7, 7A) is pivotably supported on the main body (1A), and has base end portions (7b) supported on the main body (1A) and a front end portion (7a) to support a portion of the cover member (6, 6A). With a pivotal movement of the support member (7, 7A), the cover member (6, 6A) displaces and deforms and an end (6b) of the bottom opening (6a) of the cover member (6, 6A) moves upward to expose a portion (2, 3, 4, 5) of the apparatus (1) to be accessed by a user.</p> |
