<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple building that is low in construction cost, can easily change the design of a skeleton part, and easily perform design changing construction. <P>SOLUTION: A simple building 1 includes: right and left columns 3, 3; a front frame 7 that connects the upper ends of the columns 3, 3; a gable rafter 23; a column cover 33 having a column front surface-covering part 53 and a column side surface-covering part 55; a front frame cover 31 having a front frame front surface-covering part 39 and a front frame locking part 41 locked to the upper end of the front frame 7; a gable rafter cover 35 having a gable rafter side surface-covering part 59 and a panel holding part 51 for holding a roof panel; and a panel holding implement 29.
