<p>Provided are a compartmentalized dust remover and a dust removing process using same. The compartmentalized dust remover comprises support legs (1), a damper valve (2), an ash hopper (3), a middle enclosure (4), a converging bellow (5), an upper enclosure (6), an ash clearing system, a ladder (8), a guardrail (9), a dust collecting filter bag (10), a bag cage (11), a poppet valve (12), a ceiling (13), partition plates (14), an air inlet, and an air outlet. The upper enclosure (6) and the middle enclosure (4) of the dust remover are rectangular. Multiple compartments are formed respectively within the upper enclosure (6) and the middle enclosure (4) by means of the partition plates (14). The ceiling (13) is provided with several ceiling holes. A filter bag component consisting of the filter bag (10) and the bag cage (11) is connected below the ceiling holes. The air inlet and the air outlet of the dust remover are provided with pressure sensors.</p> |
